We partner with Alberta Health Services to provide Continuing Care Home Type B Level 4 (formerly known as Supportive Living 4 or SL4) and Continuing Care Home Type B Secure Space (formerly known as Supportive Living 4D or SL4D).
Continuing Care Home Type B Level 4 offers three meals daily, housekeeping services, access to our activity programming, and 24-hour emergency response. It also includes assistance with daily living activities and additional unscheduled care. In addition to the above services, Continuing Care Home Type B Secure Space provides a safe and secure area for those living with dementia or cognitive impairment.
