Seasons Wetaskiwin offers varying levels of support, from independent to supportive living. We partner with Alberta Health Services to provide Continuing Care Home Type B Level 3 (formerly known as Supportive Living 3 or SL3).
Continuing Care Home Type B Level 3 offers meals, housekeeping, linen, and recreational services. According to the plan of care, a higher level of personal care support is provided for scheduled and unscheduled care needs. A health care aide provides health Care services on an unscheduled basis. Depending on the individual’s needs, scheduled professional care (nursing, rehabilitation therapy, etc.) will be provided through Home Care and coordinated by a Case Manager.
